I made it several years ago, and I know it consisted of pasta or pizza sauce, noodles(rotini), pepporoni, cheese, mushrooms, etc. I just threw everything in the crockpot in the morning and it cooked all day and tasted great. I guess, if I can't find a recipe I will just wing it and if it turns out I will let you know.
