My dh and I were talking about this, this morning. We are supposed to go to North Carolina on April 11th. My dh has not seen his family in over a year and they have not seen my dd in two years. So I really know that he wants to go.

I realize its a little premature to think about but just wondering what others thought. I think we will probably just take a wait and see approach. Gas prices I know will play a big part.

I am not going to change my life one iota - by doing so, it means the bad guys have won. I refuse to let anyone take control of my life. There are certain things I cannot control, and I must accept that. Yes, I may be praying a bit more fervently, but I suppose I should be doing that every day of my life. We are not changing our plans. We leave for Disney this Friday afternoon, we are driving. I figure us not going on vacation wont change anything and there is nothing we can do.

We will not be changing our plans either. But, we don't have major travel plans. We will be traveling, but only in our own state. I would think twice before flying, but I'm a chicken! I feel like the others who mentioned that what we do isnt going to change anything for anyone else. Enjoy time with your family.

BTW...gas went down 20 cents a gallon here today. It was a shocker! lol

We still plan to drive up to Nova Scotia in May. We'll spend a week in B&Bs along the coast, and then head inland to Quebec City, where we've traded for a week at a timeshare. After that we'll visit with an ICQ friend of mine for a few nights before driving back. I hope the Canadian dollar stays down for just a little longer. LOL

No change of plans here. We are still looking into a Florida vacation in May. I'm a little worried about flying, but I'll be with my family, so that makes me feel better. Disney is HUGE and there are tons of flights every day. The chances of something happening are slim. When it's my time, it's my time.
