Mom from Pgh looking for work from home
Moms View Message Board: New to Moms View? Introduce Yourself!: Mom from Pgh looking for work from home
I am at work again today while my children sit at daycare. Does anyone have a real work from home idea???
Other than medical or legal transcription (for which you have to have training), or sales things like Tupperware or Avon type programs, etc., I am not aware of any legitimate "work at home" systems. And I can tell you from experience, because my parents were in home demonstration for several years (for Stanley Home Products) that it is very hard work. I've seen lots of pyramid type schemes advertised, and from what I've seen, the only people who make money in those are the people who persuade dozens and dozens of other women to invest in the basic program and go out and sell - and the people near the top of the pyramid make commissions on the "selling package" the new person buys, plus an override commission on anything they sell. However - that aside, welcome to Momsview. We think we're a pretty nice community, and hope you like it here.
Welcome! It depends on your education level. I'm able to tutor math and science and earn $35 an hour. If you can tutor, I would do it. They come to my home and I can fit it around my schedule. It's the only at home job I've found. You can also do web design or some kind of computer work.
